What happens to the details you give us through this website. This site sets no cookies.
Who we are
Cronshaw Roofing Ltd (company number 00000000, registered in England and Wales) is responsible for the personal details you send through this website. You can contact us on 01706 000000, by email at hello@cronshaw-roofing.example, or by post at Halifax Road, Smallbridge, Rochdale OL12 9AA.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and telephone number;
- your email address and postcode, if you give them;
- what you tell us about the job;
- any photos you attach.
We don't collect anything else through this site, and we don't use your details for marketing.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to give you a quote and to arrange the work if you go ahead. The law allows this because it is in our legitimate interest to answer people who contact us, and because it is a step you have asked us to take before any contract.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and checks that the form is sent by a person, not a robot (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Resend delivers your enquiry and photos to us by email.
- Twilio sends us a short text message to tell us an enquiry has arrived.
These companies may handle data outside the UK, including in the United States. They do so under contracts that require them to protect it to the standard UK law sets.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep the records we need for as long as the law requires, for example for tax.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. On the contact page, a map from Google only loads if you press “Show map”, and Google's own cookies and privacy policy then apply. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them. Contact us using the details above.
If you're unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
